Last Tackle is a monthly magazine docu-series that profile’s the “behind the scenes” drama of the Toronto Wolfpack. The Toronto Wolfpack is the first professional Rugby League team dedicated to progressing through the RFL’s ranks, from League 1 to the Super League.

More importantly, they are Canada’s and North America’s first professional Rugby team, and the world’s first transatlantic major professional sports team. As the newest club in the English Rugby Football League (RFL), they are beginning their journey to glory in the Kingstone Press League 1 competition. Home matches are played at Lamport Stadium in Toronto aka “The Den”. Away games are held across the pond…in the UK, 3,500 miles away.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules and Regulations (the “Official Rules”). The decisions of the Sponsor (defined below), the independent contest organization and judges with respect to all aspects of the Contest are final and binding on all entrants.

·       SPONSOR CONTEST PERIOD: The WOLFPACK Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by the Toronto WOLFPACK (the “Sponsor”). The Contest begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 12,2017 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 30, 2017 (the “Contest Period”).

·       ELIGIBILITY To enter and be eligible to win, a person must, at time of entry, be a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec), the United States of America, the United Kingdom, the European Union or Australia and who has reached the age of majority in the state, province or territory in which he/she resides; and must have access to a smart phone prior to 12:00:00 AM (ET) on May 12, 2017 (the “Contest Start Date”). Specifically excluded from entering the Contest are: (i) employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and advertising and promotional agencies of the Sponsor, the independent contest organization, and each of their respective subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Contest Parties”); (ii) immediate family members (i.e. mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter or legal or common-law spouse) of any person mentioned in 2(i) or any person domiciled with any person mentioned in 2(i)(whether related to the person or not). Although the Sponsor intends for this contest to be open to residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), the United States of America, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia, if your country of residence has rules, laws or regulations that do not allow you to participate, you will not be eligible to participate in the Contest. The Sponsor waives all liability resulting from a participant not being able to participate in the Contest for any reason, including due to reasons of law/regulations in the participant’s country of residence.

·       HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST: No Purchase is Necessary. A person must log onto the Toronto Wolfpack website torontowolfpack.com/win and enter the contest form.

·       GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) available to be won consisting of a trip for two (2) people (one (1) winner and one (1) travel guest) to Toronto, Canada including round trip economy air transportation for the winner and his/her guest from the major International airport closest to the winner on an airline selected by the Sponsor; six (6) nights’ accommodation in a hotel in Toronto, Canada as selected by the Sponsor based on double occupancy; and two (2) tickets to a Toronto Wolfpack home game. The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $[] (CDN) and may vary depending on the city of departure. Any and all applicable taxes, fees, costs and expenses related to acceptance and use of the Grand Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the individual prize winner. The Grand Prize winner and his/her travel guest must travel on the same itinerary. The Grand Prize winner and travel guest must each have a valid passport, travel visa or other travel documentation allowing the individual(s) to enter Canada. The travel guest must also be a legal resident of the country they reside in and in the event the travel guest is under the age of majority in the state/province/territory in which he/she resides (the “Minor”), the winner must be the parent or legal guardian of the Minor and the winner must sign and complete the travel guest release form on the Minor’s behalf and accompany the Minor on the Grand Prize trip (the accompanied parent or legal guardian must be the Winner). Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. All travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsor or its designated agent(s). Booking is subject to availability of flights and hotel accommodation, blackout periods (such as Christmas break to New Year’s Day, and March break), government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport and other transportation restrictions and regulations. Travel dates are subject to travel provider availability. The Sponsor reserves the right to change travel dates and travel arrangements at its sole discretion. Trip selection and travel dates must be selected by the winner within a maximum of one (1) month of being declared the Grand Prize winner otherwise the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Grand Prize. The travel guest must complete a travel guest release form prior to coordination of the Grand Prize. All costs incurred by the Grand Prize winner and/or the travel guest not specified above including, but not limited to, meals, gratuities, local transportation, travel documents, insurance (including travel and/or health insurance), taxes, telephone, fax and email charges, sightseeing and optional excursions, and items of a personal nature, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and the travel guest of the Grand Prize winner and are not included in the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner may be required to present a valid major credit card in the winner’s name at the time of hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses. No frequent flyer miles will be available for this trip. In the event that the Grand Prize winner is unable to redeem any or all of the Grand Prize components due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor, no compensation or substitute prize component will be provided. No compensation will be made if trip is cancelled due to failure to obtain necessary travel documents. Further, no compensation will be made in the case that the Grand Prize winner or his/her invited guest is denied entry to Canada by Customs and Immigration or other authority. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable (except at the discretion of the Sponsor). The Grand Prize may not be redeemed for cash or credit, in whole or in part. Under no circumstance may any portion, component or element of the Grand Prize be resold or offered for resale by the Grand Prize winner or any other person. Other restrictions may apply. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize or any component of the Grand Prize for a prize of equal or greater value.

·       GENERAL  By entering into the Contest and/or accepting a Grand Prize, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and province) and/or photograph without remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor with respect to this Contest or future marketing campaigns and agrees to abide and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, the independent Contest organization and the judges with respect to all aspects of the Contest, which are final. No correspondence will be exchanged or agreement entered into with entrants except with the Grand Prize winner.

·       The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and municipal laws.

·       The Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, directors, consultants and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) are released by each entrant from any and all liability in relation to: (i) any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in the Contest and the Releasees do not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof; and (ii) his/her participation in any Contest-related activity or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Grand Prize (if applicable), including but not limited to costs, injuries, losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising there from. The use of an invalid account and/or provided email address will disqualify the applicable entry.

·       The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend this Contest at any time and in any way, without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or infection by computer virus, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Contest all together or to conduct the draw from all previously received eligible Entries received during the Contest Period. The Sponsor and the independent Contest organization shall not be held responsible for any problems, errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest including but not limited, to any damage to an entrant’s computer equipment, system, software or any combination thereof, as a result of the entrant’s participation in this Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

·       Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts in Ontario; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with this promotion, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ontario, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, and by participating, you agree to personal jurisdiction in Ontario.

·       In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to: the entry form, and/or point of sale, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
